Every wholesale order is roasted to order on our eco-friendly Loring Smart Roasters, then nitrogen-flushed, sealed, and shipped at peak freshness, so your shelves are always stocked with coffee at its best.

    Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Sunday through Thursday) go on the roaster that same day, never pulled from warehouse stock.

How does FRC's Wholesale program work?

Our wholesale program delivers the freshest coffee, tea, and botanical products nationwide, ensuring quality and consistency with every order. Approved wholesale customers gain access to a user-friendly ordering portal, offering a customized pricing structure based on purchase volume. With a seamless reordering process, stocking up on high-quality coffee and tea has never been easier.

What are the volume requirements for wholesale orders?

To qualify for our bulk wholesale discount, customers must purchase a minimum of 30 lbs. of coffee or tea per month or at least 20 lbs. of botanicals.

When was my coffee roasted?

At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we roast your coffee fresh to order! Orders placed before 12 PM (Sunday through Thursday) are roasted the same day, while orders placed after 12 PM are roasted the next day.

Where can I find my coffee's roast date?

Your roast date is printed on a white sticker at the bottom of the bag or box, using the Julian Calendar system.

How do I read the roast date?

We use the Julian Calendar system, which represents the numerical day of the year. Check out our interactive chart to determine your roast date(s).

How do I log in to my wholesale account?

How does shipping work?

All orders over $100 receive Free Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous US. Orders shipping outside the US have a weight-based fee applied. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you require international shipping, please consider utilizing a US-based freight forwarder.

Do you offer equipment sales and training?

No. For information about using roasting, grinding, or brewing equipment, please consult the manufacturer.

I am an Amazon re-seller. Am I eligible for a wholesale account?

No. We do not allow the resale of branded Fresh Roasted Coffee, Positively Tea, or Positively Botanicals products on online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Wish. However, we do offer a generous affiliate program for commissioned sales from your website or blog. Apply at cj.com.

I would like to request samples; how can I do that?

Samples are available exclusively for approved wholesale customers. To request a sample, please email wholesale@freshroastedcoffee.com. Please note that not all products are available for sampling.

What sized bagged coffees are available?

We sell bagged coffees in 12 oz, 2 lb, 5 lb, and 30 lb (qty 6 x 5 lb bag) options.

Do you supply unroasted coffee?

Yes! Select origins are available for order in 1 lb and 5 lb bags. Full green sacks may be available upon request.

Do you offer private label options?
