Why can’t you consume unroasted green coffee?
Hello! Green unroasted coffee is not intended for consumption. The roasting process removes all of the inherent risk in consuming the raw material (chemical or biological contamination from origin, pesticides, dirt/debris/foreign material, etc.) due to this, we do not suggest consuming the product raw and it should be roasted before consuming. Team FRC
