"I tried the dark because you were out of the regular ethiopian yirgacheffe. For me, it's too dark. It tastes burnt. It will take forever to finish 5lbs.. I may give it away. As far as price, it's mostly a good deal but only in bulk with a discount. However, the regular ethiopian yirgacheffe is very good and I hope it's restocked soon because I'll never buy the dark again. Thanks."
"I'm usually a fan of Yirgacheffe, but I've switched to darker roasts, so when I saw this, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it did not have a lot of flavor. It was very bland with no notes of citrus or honey. It wasn't bitter or acidic; just flat."

"The Dark Ethiopian blend was very fine, one pot and it’s not gonna need much tweaking . The medium blend was not as rich but I have only made one pot and need to experiment. I have tried half and half blend of the beans but that too was not satisfactory just an okay pot of coffee. I think I will probably just stick to the dark roast."
