This sweet and mild Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is Fair Trade and USDA Organic Certified. With hints of bright citruses like sweet tangerine and lime, the acidity level is powerful and bright, while the cup finishes with a dry, lemon tea finish.

The cooperative that produces this exceptional Yirgacheffe was founded in 2012 and helps farmers in the area maintain a sustainable life. All 177 members help to lovingly produce the high quality coffees that thrive in the region.

This coffee has been subjected to thorough mold, mycotoxin, and pesticide screening conducted by a certified, third-party analytical laboratory. The findings declare the product to be toxicologically safe and in full compliance. No detectable levels of mold, Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, or pesticides were identified in the analyzed sample.

Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee.

"Several years ago, my neighbor took her niece and nephew on a trip to Africa and gifted me a pound of coffee they brought back to thank me for keeping an eye on her home. The coffee was in a plain brown bag without any writing on it whatsoever--no indication of type of roast or origin. Nothing. But the taste was wonderful. Since then I have been trying different coffee's from vendors in my area, hoping to find the same type that my neighbor had given me--without any luck. "Fresh Roasted Coffee products are my go to choice as an essential part of my morning wake up routine. It is essential to me that all coffee I purchase have no trace of chemicals from pesticides and that it be sustainably farmed. Meeting both requirements, Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is one of my favorite choices. This medium roast coffee has a very pleasant taste with traces of sweetness and a smooth feel feel. It contains aromas that I remember fondly from a previous trip to Africa. Ethiopian coffees are generally viewed as among the finest in the world and this selection will not disappoint."

Do you have this product in decaf
While we do offer our Organic Ethiopian Sidamo in decaf, unfortunately we do not have a decaf Yirgacheffe at the present time.
Do you carry any dry, natural processed beans

Hey JP! We have tested some of our coffees for mold/mycotoxins via an independent 3rd party lab. Those two are Organic Mexican and Organic Guatemalan which had undetectable levels of mold and mycotoxins. They would be great to try! Team FRC
