- Organic Dark Mexican - a bold and flavorful take on traditionally mild coffee beans. Roasted deep and smoky, this coffee has a rich, sweet body with a nutty cashew finish.
- Organic Guatemala Huehuetenango - revered for its balanced flavor and smooth body, the initial profile presents hints of milk chocolate and rounds off into a sweet orange finish.
- Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - this bright and delicious coffee has heavy citrus notes and a a smooth body overall and a dry, tea-like finish.
- Organic Peru - from the spiced cinnamon top notes to a caramelized sweetness in the body and a citrus finish, this is an example of excellence in South American coffee.
The coffees in this variety pack have undergone a full screening for mold and mycotoxins and have been declared toxicologically safe and compliant. Any trace levels of mold and mycotoxins (Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin) were undetectable by both representative sampling and rapid testing by a certified third-party laboratory.
