Florentine sculptor Lorenzo Ghiberti was our inspiration for this blend that features coffees from Central and South America. It's got a rich, rounded flavor with notes of cocoa and black currant and a dry wine-like finish. This one shines in a latte!

Notes of Black Currant, Dark Chocolate, Merlot

Ingredients: 100% Arabica coffee. OU Kosher certified. Produced in an SQF-certified, renewable energy-powered facility.

Dark and delicous

"I really enjoyed the Ghiberti prepared as an iced americano where it reminded me of pairing dark choclate with red wine. The coffee is strong and bold, which stands up to being "watered down" for an americano without getting lost. It's a dark roast, fairly oily, but does not taste burned. It stands up to milk in a hot latte drink as well, but flavor profile wise it comes off almost - forgive me - starbucks like, and I don't stay that in a bad way. I got a nice strong dark coffee flavor, but could not pick out individual notes when prepared hot."

"We have really enjoyed this coffee. We use this in our breville machine for regular coffee as well as other coffee drinks. Frequently espresso type coffee just isn’t as good for regular coffee but this coffee is extremely versatile."

A taste of Italy at its Finest!!!

"I was extremely pleased with the new Ghiberti Italian craft coffee. It said Espresso on the label of the pod so I was hesitant. I thought it might be too strong but was very pleasantly surprised when I took my first sip. It was smooth, robust, but not bitter, and had a balanced finish. I tried a 10oz cup first and then got bold and tried 8 oz. They were both delicious. Choose for your mood!"
