"I did a Medium-dark roast on the first batch. Excellent Full Body flavor! Little bit of a chocolate hint. Will definitely keep this in my purchase rotation!"

"One of my favorites. I roasted it medium dark and vacuum sealed the roasted beans and let them rest for 24 hours before grinding and brewing a pot. Robust but very little bitterness, almost none. Has a nutty undertone. A great breakfast blend."
New Home Roaster Enjoying Sumatra Mandheling
"Initially I tried a 4x1lb green un-roasted assortment pack, and all the coffees were great. The Sumatra really stuck out to me, and wanting to "zero-in" on that particularly, I ordered a 5# bag from them. It arrived fairly quickly, and I've already experimented with several small batches (200-250g ea). I find that I enjoy a med-dark roast, as espresso. Thanks FRC for the quality product, packaging, and easy online ordering!"
