"Bought the Sumatra Decaf and Half Caf. Both are some of the most flavorful coffee I've ever purchased. It's bold without tasting burnt (you know who I mean), and are not acidic. The half caf has just the right amount of caffeine for those who are sensitive to caffeine but still want a mild kick. The decaf does not have the watery taste you expect from a lot of decaf coffee - it tastes like coffee should"

"We drink Fresh Roasted Coffee’s Sumatra in K cups and the Swiss water decaf as ground EVERY day. Very smooth, deep flavor, essentially ZERO acid. This all adds up to needing less sweetener or lightener just to kill the acid. Since it’s only two of us, the two pound bag seems to be a good option. Highly recommend if you like coffee and sometimes your stomach doesn’t."

"Fresh roasted carries some of the best coffee beans i have purchased. I am a bona fide coffee snob and am very picky about my blends and beans. I like a med dark to dark coffee. I get the Sumatra and one if the decaf dark roasts; i grind the beans together to get the perfect taste for me. It's smooth, non acidic, perfect!"

"Overall a decent cup of coffee. I appreciate the fact that the beans are organic and not processed with chemicals. Unfortunately it was lighter in roast and flavor than I was expecting/hoping for. My preferred coffee is from the horrible notorious company in the Pacific Northwest and I've been trying to find an organic alternative that tastes similar."

- Do you know the approximate PH levels of your Sumatra Water-Processed Decaf and/or is there a difference b/w this and Dark Knight decaf? Looking for the decaf coffee with the absolute lowest acidity.
- Hello! We do not do any in house PH testing for our coffees, however due the difference in roast levels, it's likely the Black Knight is the least acidic since it's a darker roast. We offer 2.5 oz samples of our coffees to try if you'd like to sample a few to find the right fit! Team FRC

- Is fine grind good for my moka pot?
- The Moka Pot works a bit like an espresso machine - i.e. high heat and pressure with a quick extraction. If you're grinding at home (which we always recommend!) use a slightly finer grind than you would for a drip coffee maker. Be aware, some of our tests have found the fine espresso grind to be TOO fine for some pots and can clog the filter. If you're purchasing pre-ground coffee, try medium (drip) grind first.
- What is caffeine level in terms of mg per ounce of brewed coffee ? I'm looking for the brand with the lowest level i can find.
